Shipping Terms

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Once your order has been placed, please allow 3 to 5 working days for processing before dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. TerraceNova is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

UK Shipping 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard)Delivery within 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Pre-Order Items

Items listed as “Pre-Order” will include an estimated dispatch window in the product description. This date is subject to change based on production schedules. If you select express shipping, your pre-order will still only dispatch once the item becomes available.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact us at sales@terracenova.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final, but we do offer exchanges on apparel items (T-shirts) under the conditions below:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Exchanges are only available for different sizes or colours of the same product.
If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
One exchange per order only.
Sale items are non-exchangeable.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have made an error with your order. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at sales@terracenova.com with a photo and order number, and we’ll sort it ASAP.
