All sales are final, but we do offer exchanges on apparel items (T-shirts and Hoodies) under the conditions below:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Exchanges are only available for different sizes or colours of the same product.
If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
One exchange per order only.
Sale items are non-exchangeable.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have made an error with your order. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at sales@terracenova.com with a photo and order number, and we’ll sort it ASAP.
